I was expecting some good results as I went for my acupuncture appointment with Sophia. I had been waking 4 to 5 times a night with bad leg cramps. Following my session with Sophia last week, I had the best night’s sleep that I have had in a long time. I had no leg cramps for several days. I couldn’t believe it!!!
